- Delivery costs $5 North & South Island. New Zealand Delivery addresses only. We prefer to use Courier Post who offer a next business day delivery service NZ wide.
We offer exchanges or store credit for change of mind for returned items. We do not accept exchanges on sale items. We do not offer refunds. Tags must be attached and garments in a re-sellable condition within 7 days. Receipts need to be retained as proof of purchase. In general, we do not offer refunds, however management exercise discretion in certain cases.
We are able to attach a gift exchange tag to a gift item allowing the recipient of the gift to exchange the size or style or take a credit note. Returned gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.
Retain your proof of purchase. If you have reason to believe a garment is faulty, please come into store and we will assess it. Alternatively, give us a call on 09 522 2819 to discuss your options. Garments need to be laundered. We meet all expectations under the Consumers Guarantees Act and it is our expressed wish that all customers are satisfied with their Route 66 purchase.
Available in $20, $50, $100. Route 66 Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Vouchers can also be paid for via the phone and posted to the recipient.
