Phone Orders & Delivery

Please call, email, or use the online chat function if you require further info about the items you are interested in, as well as to discuss payment and delivery options. Credit Card payments can be processed securely via a mobile banking application or over the phone payment if you do not wish to shop online.

Free Delivery on orders over $150 within NZ. 

Once your order has been confirmed, we send you both a receipt and tracking information via email.

We prefer to use Courier Post, and aim to have your parcel delivered between 1-3 days. 

Returns Policy

We offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds for returned items (excluding sale). Tags must be attached and garments in a re-sellable condition within 14 days. Receipts need to be retained as proof of purchase. 

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for sale items.

Faulty Items

Please retain your proof of purchase. If you have reason to believe our garment is faulty, please come into store and we will assess. Alternatively, give us a call on 021 618 258 to discuss your options. Garments need to be laundered. We meet all expectations under the Consumers Guarantees Act and it is our expressed wish that all customers are satisfied with their Route 66 purchase.
