Orders placed before 9am AEST Monday-Friday will usually be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 9am or on weekends/public holidays, should be shipped on the next business day. Handling times may vary during busy periods.
Shipping with our NZ Post Courier Service is typically within 1-3 business days.
Tracking information with NZ Post gets automatically sent to the customer once we have fulfilled the item.
